What are Arizona's collection laws? I heard that collection attorneys might go after you for a prolonged non-payment?

Another good question to ask is, can debt settlement companies protect the consumers against collection attorneys in Arizona? Can debt settlement stop the legal action being taken against the consumer? Do these attorneys work with settlement companies?
