1. Although it is the goal of this site is provide visitors with information to help reduce their debt, content on this site is not guaranteed to be free of errors. Each visitor much individually evaluate their financial situation and make their own decisions on which actions to take.

2. No advice on this site should be taken as legal advice. This applies to all content whether provided by the DestroyDebt.com staff or other visitors to the site. Always consult a licensed attorney for legal advice.

3. Applications for Debt Counseling are sent to Credit.com. DestroyDebt.com does not collect information from these applications and can not answer questions related to them. Please see Credit.com's terms of service for more info.

4. Posting promotional content for services or other websites in the forums, blogs or comments is not allowed. These posts will be deleted when found and may result in your account being suspended.

5. Basic courtesy and respect towards other members is expected by all members of this site. Failure to do so may result in your account being suspended.

6. Reposting content from other sources is not allowed. Please link to outside articles rather than reposting them.

7. When providing urls to outside content, you may use hyperlinks when pointing to any government website or well known resource. Any links to other sites that could be viewed as promotional will be removed by the moderators of this site.

8. Any user contributed content that is found to be inappropriate or not relevant by the site moderators may be edited or removed by the moderators of this site at any time and without notice. Which posts are are edited or removed is the sole discretion of the moderators.

9. Our site is community driven and allows posts from any Internet user. Content posted by users express their views alone, not necessarily the views of DestroyDebt.com.
