Are they reliable?A BBB accreditation, an A+ rating, and no complaints speak volume about reliability. However, those don't mean success for the consumer, as his/her financial situation, and the agency's program fit or match. Are you seeking credit counseling or any debt relief?May ask how much is it that you owe in unsecured debts?

I went to see www.novadebt.org and the site looks decent and informative enough. I agree with Desmond though with regards to the success of the debt relief program. If the consumer owes $10,000 or less, then he/she can try debt counseling (Debt Management Plan)If the consumer owes more than that, he/she can do debt settlement, granted that the accounts are past due.Avail of the free initial debt consultation here at destroydebt.com, just fill out a form.

A good question customer no. 5! Here's a guideline to follow: -The settlement company's program must have a fast completion time. 12-36 months.-The program must be able to protect and improve the consumer's credit standing.-Must be a member of the Better Business Bureau, BBB, for at least 5 years.-Must also have a good standing with the Chamber of Commerce-A Member of TASC - The Association Of Settlement Companies and the IAPDA or theInternational Association of Professional Debt Arbitrators

Conversation can eliminate confusion. The debt agencies send out proposals to credit companies; those are things individuals can do themselves! Set a limit amount, enroll your account to be paid automatic withdrawl from your checking and stay in touch with the ones owe. Easy! Some banks and credit companies like (Chase, Bank America and Citi Cards) have done this. Apr will and can drop to 0%. All we have to do is conversate. No need for the middle man trying to get a cut!!!
