Posted on November 14, 2010 at 6:14 pm Hi Group,I am brand new to this forum and I am very excited to be here.  I am a self employed tradesman.  Two years ago I had fallen behind on my mortgage and was facing foreclosure and the grim thought of homelessness.  I put my nose to the grindstone, did tons of research to learn my options and ended up saving my home.  It was so easy and I was overwhelmed at how anxious the mortgage company was to help me once I said the right things!  I decided to put that information into a short book and try to market it to everyday people who had fallen behind on their mortgages.  It goes through every stage of the foreclosure process and gives simple solutions for every phase.  I am in desperate need of a few friendly volunteers to read a free copy of my book and let me know what you think.  I would appreciate any feedback!  Rob
